Color Disclaimer

Meadow Blu cannot guarantee that the colors you see on accurately portrays the true color of the product. Computer, phone, tablet and TV screens are not all calibrated the same and color tones on the Internet can be drastically different than what you would see in person or under different lighting conditions. Every monitor or mobile display also has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color.

Natural Products

All items made from natural products will have natural variations and no two will be the same. These variations should be expected and not be seen as defects.

Defective Products

If you receive merchandise that is thought to be defective please contact us immediately. At time of arrival please take photos/videos of any box damage, note any missing boxes or improper handling of your shipment. Please note these problems and initial on the delivery receipt prior to signing. For your protection, take a photo of the signed and initialed paperwork documenting said issues. If there is any visible damage to the product please refuse your shipment and contact Meadow Blu. A replacement will be ordered and delivered as soon as possible.

*Failure to follow these instructions may result in your damage claim being denied. In the event of a claim being denied for failure to follow procedures, Meadow Blu cannot be held liable for the replacement product or refund. Please be sure to open and inspect your products immediately. Keep all original packaging and boxes.

Any defect found once opening must be photographed and emailed to within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise.

Claims for defective merchandise will not be honored if the item is used, installed, or not reported within the 48 hours of receipt. If Meadow Blu, in cooperation with the shipper and manufacturer, deems your item defective or damaged, we reserve the right to determine if a replacement be issued instead of a refund. In addition, you may be given the option of taking a discount or store credit, depending on the type of damage and situation that occurs.

Damaged Shipments

A Truck Line freight company may deliver the item(s) you have ordered if they are oversized and noted as freight. You, or persons acting on your behalf, must be present at residence during the time of delivery. If you would like to contact the freight company yourself to schedule your appointment ahead of time, please contact our customer service department. The cutoff time for same day shipment of a Truck Line Freight order is 12:00 A.M. EST. If you receive a shipment from an order that you placed with with obvious freight damage, you must refuse the shipment at time of delivery and note the damage on the bill of lading. We will then order and ship a replacement for you. If you sign for the shipment without reporting any damage you are responsible for all damages and must make any claims with the shipper.

Please make sure that you inspect all packages before you sign for them. If you receive a shipment from an order that you placed with with concealed damage, Line Freight, or Ground Shipments (UPS/FEDEX), you must retain all original packaging and report the damage including photos within 48 hours to If damage is discovered, please retain all packaging and notify Meadow Blu immediately. Failure to retain packaging could result in a claim being denied. Please be sure to open and inspect your products immediately. Any defect must be reported to the customer service department within 48 business hours of receipt of merchandise. Claims for defective merchandise will not be honored if the items is used or installed. Claims will not be honored after 48 business hours.

The following may be excluded from our sales and promotions: Arteriors, Made Goods, Noir, CFC, BOBO Intriguing Objects, Sonder Living, Sika Design, Global Views, Studio A, Jonathan Adler, Robert Abbey, Hinkley, Generation Brands, Fanimation, Natural Curiosities, Lazybones, Coyuchi, select Lyndon Leigh, select BLU Home, select art and mirrors, some single purchase dining chairs or stools, some extremely heavy items, some next day ship items, and any items deemed unprofitable by offering a discount due to shipping charges or current markup percentage. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. Cannot be used on past purchases. Coupons are one use per customer.

Order Confirmation Agreement

Order confirmations are automatically sent to the billing email address given by you during checkout. IN ORDER TO RESERVE YOUR PRODUCT WITH OUR MANUFACTURERS, YOUR CREDIT CARD MAY BE CHARGED THE BALANCE OF YOUR SALES ORDER AT THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. If upon placing your order online, you don't receive an email confirmation within 48 hours please contact us immediately at 800-440-5121. Upon receiving your order confirmation via email please review all aspects of the order for data accuracy; you have 24 hours from the time you receive the order confirmation to make any correction to the items listed on the order. If after the 24 hours you wish the items on the order changed, we will attempt to make the change with the manufacturer, if the order cannot be changed with the manufacturer, there will be a restocking fee charged. Orders should not be considered changed, unless you receive from Meadow Blu, Inc., a confirmation email outlining the changes you requested, which you will only receive upon our verification with the manufacturer that the order has been changed. Upon receiving this email confirmation, you will be required to reply to the change order as verification by you of the changes.

Pricing & Availability cannot confirm the price or availability of an item until after your order is placed. The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a Product. Pricing or availability errors may occur on reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing or availability errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Return Policy

If you would like to exchange or return an item that you have received in the last 5 business days, you will need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. ALL FURNITURE, CUSTOM ORDERS, TABLE TOP, WALL ART, TEXTILES: INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO; BEDDING, RUGS, DRAPERY, THROWS, PILLOWS & BLANKETS, AND CERTAIN MANUFACTURERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE - PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION. After submitting your return request, we will review the information and forward via email an RA number and instructions for returning the item. This Return Authorization (RA) number is valid for 15 days. Please do not return items to our Mount Pleasant, South Carolina address without prior authorization as some returns may have to be shipped back directly to our suppliers. For returns on all eligible lighting, accessories, and mirrors that are not defective, we are required to charge a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us with any questions on whether or not the item you are interested in is a returnable item.

Please note that items shipped back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to you. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition enclosed in original packaging within 15 days for a refund or exchange. Returned items should be free from dirt and debris. In the event an item is returned in a condition where it can not be resold, you will be asked to have the product picked up at your expense. If not picked up within 15 days of Meadow Blu's inspection, item will be destroyed in field or given to charity. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We offer free shipping on several of our items. If for any reason you need to return an item with free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the standard shipping cost, in addition to the 25% restock fee. Standard shipping costs are based on item prices as outlined within our shipping information. If you opt to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also had free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to cover our costs. In the event that a Store Credit is requested, it will expire within 365 days of issue. Store Credits are non-transferable and non-returnable.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order you must contact us within 24 hours at 1-800-440-5121. Some orders ship the same day, so we need to know as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have reached the shipping floor. Calling in or requesting a cancellation does not guarantee your order will be cancelled or changed as it may have already been picked or shipped by Meadow Blu or the manufacturer.
