The village cityscapes on Villagio Collection area rugs are based on original art by designer Justina Blakeney. Loloi partnered with weavers in India to transform Justina’s linework drawings into colorful area rugs hand-tufted of 100% wool. They also employed a technique called “carving,” shearing down the pile between each motif to create extra depth and texture. This collection is GoodWeave certified, ensuring our commitment to ethical production and the support of weavers' communities. Designed by Justina Blakeney for Loloi.

Care instructions:
Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white dry sponge or cloth. Professional cleaning recommended. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. Expect shedding. Vacuum regularly. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.
