This product is made with natural stone, antiqued metal, concrete, and reclaimed wood. These products include unavoidable variation in color, texture, uneven grain, blemishes, scratches, marks, and cracks. These features are not defects, but rather the material’s natural characteristics. By ordering products from this collection, you accept the characteristics unique to each item and agree that no claims will be approved regarding these natural variations. Special care should be taken to protect the natural finishes. Use a damp, soft cloth for wiping down your product. Do not use any abrasive cleaners. Wet spills should be wiped up immediately. Table protection such as placemats and coasters are recommended to protect against high temperatures and spills. Each item is treated with a wax coating. Therefore, it is recommended to occasionally apply a wax coat with a small amount of paste wax found at your local hardware store.

Small or medium items will be left at the threshold of dwelling and no signature will be required. Any large items will go by freight carrier, curbside delivery, and require an appointment.  See curbside delivery for further explanation.

Curbside Delivery:

Item will be brought to driveway or curb.  Signature required. Carrier will contact for an appointment time.  Select White Glove if wanting to upgrade to inside delivery/set up for additional charge. 

Threshold Delivery:

Delivered to first door or dry area. Signature required.  Carrier will contact for an appointment time. Select White Glove if wanting to upgrade to inside delivery/set up for additional charge. 

White Glove Delivery:

Item will be delivered and carried to a room of choice, assembled (if needed), and all packaging removed.  Signature required.  Carrier will contact for an appointment time.
