This is often due to weight and/or size of the product, or address location.

White Glove Delivery:

You will be contacted by the white glove carrier, once the item is with them, to set an appointment for delivery. We recommend White Glove delivery to ensure safety and ease of product delivery concerning large furniture items. In most cases this will be an upcharge to the customer, as the cost often exceeds what is to be determined by Free Shipping. Please refuse if the item is damaged, unless willing to accept repair of the damage from the carrier.
