This rug ships folded. For easy removal of creases formed in shipping, tightly roll the rug and let sit for a day or two. When the creases have smoothed, unroll and enjoy.
Care instructions: Blot stains immediately and clean using a mild soap mixed with equal parts white vinegar and water. Vacuum regularly with beater bar off. Sizes up to 5X8 can be washed in traditional 15-20 lb. capacity in-home washing machines. Rugs 6X9 and larger should be washed in a larger 60+ lb. capacity washing machine found in laundromats. Wash on delicate setting with gentle detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry.

White Glove Delivery:
Item will be delivered and carried to a room of choice, assembled (if needed), and all packaging removed. Signature required. Carrier will contact for an appointment time.

White Glove Delivery:
Your item will be delivered and carried to a room of your choice, assembled (if needed), and all packaging removed.White glove delivery can often delay shipping time but is also the safest and easiest way to avoid problems with your item. You will be contacted by the white glove carrier, once the item is with them, to set an appointment for delivery. We recommend White Glove delivery to ensure safety and ease of product delivery concerning large furniture items. In most cases this will be an upcharge to the customer, as the cost often exceeds what is to be determined by Free Shipping. Please refuse if the item is damaged, unless willing to accept repair of the damage from the carrier.
