White Glove Delivery:
Item will be delivered and carried to a room of choice, assembled (if needed), and all packaging removed. Signature required. Carrier will contact for an appointment time.

Due to legal aspects of curbside delivery, the carrier is not allowed to bring the item up to your home. Please inspect all packaging for damage prior to signing. If packaging is damaged or worn, please open and inspect your item, prior to signing. Please refuse if the item is damaged. In certain cases, curbside shipping will be an upcharge. This is often due to weight and/or size of the product, or address location.

White Glove Delivery:
Your item will be delivered and carried to a room of your choice, assembled (if needed), and all packaging removed.White glove delivery can often delay shipping time but is also the safest and easiest way to avoid problems with your item. You will be contacted by the white glove carrier, once the item is with them, to set an appointment for delivery. We recommend White Glove delivery to ensure safety and ease of product delivery concerning large furniture items. In most cases this will be an upcharge to the customer, as the cost often exceeds what is to be determined by Free Shipping. Please refuse if the item is damaged, unless willing to accept repair of the damage from the carrier.
