During the pandemic, movies were one of Clarence Mallari’s sources for inspiration: “I became fascinated with the shape and function of a lifebuoy and wondered how I could translate it into lighting. It took me some time to come out with the design due to the fact that it was challenging to conceive and arduous to make.” The frame on this Portmeirion Chandelier is made of wrought iron around which abaca rope has been wrapped for the nautical feel that inspired it. This small version of the Portmeirion has six lights, while the larger version has 12 lights, both of which are suspended on an aircraft cable to make the fixtures seem like they are floating in the sea.

Threshold Delivery:
Delivered to first door or dry area. Signature required. Carrier will contact for an appointment time. Select White Glove if wanting to upgrade to inside delivery/set up for additional charge.
White Glove Delivery:
Item will be delivered and carried to a room of choice, assembled (if needed), and all packaging removed. Signature required. Carrier will contact for an appointment time.

We recommend this as the safest option for all large furniture purchases.The curbside carrier will contact you for an appointment, once the item is in their hands. Due to legal aspects of curbside delivery, the carrier is not allowed to bring the item up to your home. Please inspect all packaging for damage prior to signing. If packaging is damaged or worn, please open and inspect your item, prior to signing. Please refuse if the item is damaged. In certain cases, curbside shipping will be an upcharge. This is often due to weight and/or size of the product, or address location.

For item to be carried into your home, assembled (if needed), please select the White Glove Delivery option. We recommend this as the safest option for all large furniture purchases.The threshold carrier will contact you for an appointment, once the item is in their hands. Due to legal aspects of threshold delivery, the carrier is not allowed to enter your home. Please inspect all packaging for damage prior to signing. If packaging is damaged or worn, please open and inspect your item, prior to signing. Please refuse if the item is damaged. In certain cases, threshold shipping will be an upcharge as it exceeds the terms of Free Shipping.
White Glove Delivery:
Your item will be delivered and carried to a room of your choice, assembled (if needed), and all packaging removed.White glove delivery can often delay shipping time but is also the safest and easiest way to avoid problems with your item. You will be contacted by the white glove carrier, once the item is with them, to set an appointment for delivery. We recommend White Glove delivery to ensure safety and ease of product delivery concerning large furniture items. In most cases this will be an upcharge to the customer, as the cost often exceeds what is to be determined by Free Shipping. Please refuse if the item is damaged, unless willing to accept repair of the damage from the carrier.
