For the Shino Lamp, Villa & House’s artisans have tapped global artwork to create a modern artifact with museum-worthy appeal. The shapely curves of the double-gourd design feel at once organic and distinctly handcrafted, nodding to the traditional forms of centuries-old pottery.
The ceramic body features hand painted strokes of burnt umber, whose imperfect lines and aged effect recall the look of an ancient tribal pattern. The Shino’s sense of antiquity is made even more distinct with its all-over craquelure finish in glazed ivory. Its earthy tones and aged aesthetic find interesting contrast in its clear acrylic base, giving it the look of a rare and priceless relic on display in a gallery or collection.

White Glove Delivery:
Item will be delivered and carried to a room of choice, assembled (if needed), and all packaging removed. Signature required. Carrier will contact for an appointment time.

If packaging is damaged or worn, please open and inspect your item, prior to signing. Please refuse if the item is damaged. In certain cases, curbside shipping will be an upcharge. This is often due to weight and/or size of the product, or address location.

White Glove Delivery:
Your item will be delivered and carried to a room of your choice, assembled (if needed), and all packaging removed.White glove delivery can often delay shipping time but is also the safest and easiest way to avoid problems with your item. You will be contacted by the white glove carrier, once the item is with them, to set an appointment for delivery. We recommend White Glove delivery to ensure safety and ease of product delivery concerning large furniture items. In most cases this will be an upcharge to the customer, as the cost often exceeds what is to be determined by Free Shipping. Please refuse if the item is damaged, unless willing to accept repair of the damage from the carrier.
