A somewhat rustic, French-inspired cabinet, the Rene comes in two colorways: a natural cerused oak and a light gray cerused oak. Villa & House's signature cerused oak process adds a white contrast to the fine details of a wood's grain, enhancing the beauty and delicate natural patterns of lumber. The wire grill evokes pastoral glamour, finished in gold. The coordinating brushed brass sabots, or furniture feet derived from the French word for shoe, further elevate the piece. The Rene Cabinet is best used in a living room, dining room, entryway or a large kitchen, holding your china, glasses, or bottles of wine, with 12.9-inch tall shelves that are large enough for carafes or decanters. The elegant, deceptively narrow side view is around 18.5 inches, while the overall height is around 42 inches, harkening back to old-world dining rooms of French estates, or picturesque European kitchens in a country home. Drawing from romantic, old-world design, the Rene Cabinet is equally appropriate in a coastal pied-à-terre, southern home, or perched in front of an exposed brick wall in a Tribeca loft. Threshold Delivery:
Delivered to first door or dry area. Signature required. Carrier will contact for an appointment time. Select White Glove if wanting to upgrade to inside delivery/set up for additional charge.
White Glove Delivery:
Item will be delivered and carried to a room of choice, assembled (if needed), and all packaging removed. Signature required. Carrier will contact for an appointment time.

If packaging is damaged or worn, please open and inspect your item, prior to signing. Please refuse if the item is damaged. In certain cases, curbside shipping will be an upcharge. This is often due to weight and/or size of the product, or address location.

White Glove Delivery:
Your item will be delivered and carried to a room of your choice, assembled (if needed), and all packaging removed.White glove delivery can often delay shipping time but is also the safest and easiest way to avoid problems with your item. You will be contacted by the white glove carrier, once the item is with them, to set an appointment for delivery. We recommend White Glove delivery to ensure safety and ease of product delivery concerning large furniture items. In most cases this will be an upcharge to the customer, as the cost often exceeds what is to be determined by Free Shipping. Please refuse if the item is damaged, unless willing to accept repair of the damage from the carrier.
