Ian Thornton designed the Amalia Table Lamp, which is made of a telescoping column of solid wood around which natural rattan is hand-wrapped at its middle point. The pale tones of the rope on the tan table lamp are perfectly echoed by the lighter tones in the grasscloth shade. Keeping the composition warm, Thornton finished the metal hardware in brass and chose a wood finial that matches the lamp’s body to fasten the shade, which echoes the shape of the lamp as it flares at the bottom. A finely designed detail is the plinth base.

Small or medium items will be left at the threshold of dwelling and no signature will be required. Any large items will go by freight carrier, curbside delivery, and require an appointment. See curbside delivery for further explanation.

Item will be brought to driveway or curb. Signature required. Carrier will contact for an appointment time. Select White Glove if wanting to upgrade to inside delivery/set up for additional charge.
Threshold Delivery:
Delivered to first door or dry area. Signature required. Carrier will contact for an appointment time. Select White Glove if wanting to upgrade to inside delivery/set up for additional charge.
White Glove Delivery:
Item will be delivered and carried to a room of choice, assembled (if needed), and all packaging removed. Signature required. Carrier will contact for an appointment time.

Due to legal aspects of curbside delivery, the carrier is not allowed to bring the item up to your home. Please inspect all packaging for damage prior to signing. If packaging is damaged or worn, please open and inspect your item, prior to signing. Please refuse if the item is damaged. In certain cases, curbside shipping will be an upcharge. This is often due to weight and/or size of the product, or address location.

White Glove Delivery:
Your item will be delivered and carried to a room of your choice, assembled (if needed), and all packaging removed.White glove delivery can often delay shipping time but is also the safest and easiest way to avoid problems with your item. You will be contacted by the white glove carrier, once the item is with them, to set an appointment for delivery. We recommend White Glove delivery to ensure safety and ease of product delivery concerning large furniture items. In most cases this will be an upcharge to the customer, as the cost often exceeds what is to be determined by Free Shipping. Please refuse if the item is damaged, unless willing to accept repair of the damage from the carrier.
