As such, variance from piece to piece is to be expected. The existence of minor visible natural cracks or slight blemishes in the surface of the marble should be expected. By ordering products from this collection, you accept the natural characteristics unique to each item and agree that no claims will be approved regarding these natural variations. Special care should be taken to protect the marble's finish.

Standard Delivery:

Small or medium items will be left at the threshold of dwelling and no signature will be required. Any large items will go by freight carrier, curbside delivery, and require an appointment.  See curbside delivery for further explanation.

Curbside Delivery:

Item will be brought to driveway or curb.  Signature required. Carrier will contact for an appointment time.  Select White Glove if wanting to upgrade to inside delivery/set up for additional charge. 

Threshold Delivery:

Delivered to first door or dry area. Signature required.  Carrier will contact for an appointment time. Select White Glove if wanting to upgrade to inside delivery/set up for additional charge. 

White Glove Delivery:

Item will be delivered and carried to a room of choice, assembled (if needed), and all packaging removed.  Signature required.  Carrier will contact for an appointment time.
