For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

We recommend this as the safest option for all large furniture purchases.The curbside carrier will contact you for an appointment, once the item is in their hands. Due to legal aspects of curbside delivery, the carrier is not allowed to bring the item up to your home. Please inspect all packaging for damage prior to signing. If packaging is damaged or worn, please open and inspect your item, prior to signing. Please refuse if the item is damaged. In certain cases, curbside shipping will be an upcharge. This is often due to weight and/or size of the product, or address location.

Your Item will be delivered to the first door or dry area of your address and signature will be required. For item to be carried into your home, assembled (if needed), please select the White Glove Delivery option. We recommend this as the safest option for all large furniture purchases.The threshold carrier will contact you for an appointment, once the item is in their hands. White Glove Delivery:

You will be contacted by the white glove carrier, once the item is with them, to set an appointment for delivery. We recommend White Glove delivery to ensure safety and ease of product delivery concerning large furniture items. In most cases this will be an upcharge to the customer, as the cost often exceeds what is to be determined by Free Shipping. Please refuse if the item is damaged, unless willing to accept repair of the damage from the carrier.
