Glasdele Wall Sconce

The Glasdele Wall Sconce has an angular shade made of telescoping panes of green art glass with drifts of off-white flowing through the darker tones to provide it with a textural artfulness. The history of this material, which evolved from ancient colored glass mosaics and extends forward to medieval cathedral windows, brings this one-bulb sconce a luxurious feel. The antique brass finish on the metal surrounding the glass adds tonal contrast to the modern shape. The shade on the luminous piece lifts off so that the bulb can be easily replaced. Due to the artisanal nature of the glass, there will be subtle differences from sconce to sconce.
