Delivery options will be calculated in checkout based on the contents of your order and your delivery location, ensuring accurate shipping methods and costs tailored to your specific items and destination.

Standard Delivery:

Small or medium items will be left at the threshold of dwelling and no signature will be required. Any large items will go by freight carrier, curbside delivery, and require an appointment.  See curbside delivery for further explanation.

Curbside Delivery:

Your item will be brought to the driveway or curb of your address and signature will be required.  For item to be carried and assembled into your home, please select the White Glove Delivery option. We recommend this as the safest option for all large furniture purchases.The curbside carrier will contact you for an appointment, once the item is in their hands. Due to legal aspects of curbside delivery, the carrier is not allowed to bring the item up to your home.  Please inspect all packaging for damage prior to signing. If packaging is damaged or worn, please open and inspect your item, prior to signing.  Please refuse if the item is damaged.  In certain cases, curbside shipping will be an upcharge. This is often due to weight and/or size of the product, or address location.

Threshold Delivery:

Your Item will be delivered to the first door or dry area of your address and signature will be required. For item to be carried into your home, assembled (if needed), please select the White Glove Delivery option. We recommend this as the safest option for all large furniture purchases.The threshold carrier will contact you for an appointment, once the item is in their hands. Due to legal aspects of threshold delivery, the carrier is not allowed to enter your home. Please inspect all packaging for damage prior to signing. If packaging is damaged or worn, please open and inspect your item, prior to signing. Please refuse if the item is damaged.  In certain cases, threshold shipping will be an upcharge as it exceeds the terms of Free Shipping.

White Glove Delivery:

Your item will be delivered and carried to a room of your choice, assembled (if needed), and all packaging removed.White glove delivery can often delay shipping time but is also the safest and easiest way to avoid problems with your item. You will be contacted by the white glove carrier, once the item is with them, to set an appointment for delivery. We recommend White Glove delivery to ensure safety and ease of product delivery concerning large furniture items. In most cases this will be an upcharge to the customer, as the cost often exceeds what is to be determined by Free Shipping.  Please refuse if the item is damaged, unless willing to accept repair of the damage from the carrier.
