Russet Terrace Framed Silk Panel Pair

The Russet Terrace Framed Silk Panel Pair is a hand-painted chinoiserie diptych on a dusty rose silk ground, with long-tailed birds, butterflies, and pale garden rocks set among flowering branches. Pink peonies mingle with smaller yellow, white, and lavender blossoms, and in the right panel, a bird with a sweeping russet tail crowns a garden rock. The flowering canopy carries across the gap between the frames, linking the two compositions.

Each panel is individually framed in Champagne Gold-finished metal, its soft gold echoing the rose of the silk. Designed to hang side by side, the two read as neighboring views into the same imagined garden, suited to a stair landing, bedroom, or formal sitting room.
